I have always been fascinated by the elegance of kangaroos, especially when they are in mid jump. I remember the Qantas airline when I first came to Australia so that started the idea when making this image.
This picture was taken during a two night Milky Way photography workshop that I was leading at Namadgi National Park.
Voted as the top picture for Canon Australia 2018.
